Conditions

We care for our customers and we will do our best to help you encounter problems.

We don´t keep records of our customers except for the following:
1) Information you gave us during account registration or later during manual account update.
2) Order history will be saved in your account and our administration system.

Jimaro does not leave warranty on products damaged by the customer.

Jimaro only delivers products within the Swedish borders.

We reserve ourselves against accidental misspricings and bugs/hacks wich causes prices to not show correctly.
We keep the rights to edit faulty prices placed orders.

invoice & Part Payment:


Our invoices is handled by Payer Financial Services AB.
Invoices will be sent by Payer and 39SEK will be added to you invoice.
Payment condition 14 days.
Late payments will result in an extra fee of 60SEK.
A credit control will be done before invoice is granted.

If you choose part payment, EnterCard Sweden AB will perform the credit control. You will get a noctice right away regarding the status of your part payment.
An invoice will be sent every month until the payment is complete.
You can at any time and without extra fee pay the remaining debt.


Payment in Advance:


When you choose payment in advance, you will get an invoice by mail. Pay the invoice within 10days to our Swedish Bankgiro (use the ordernumber as reference).

Products in stock will be sent the same day that we get the payment and the rest when it is back in stock.



Feel free to contact us regarding products you can´t find on the webpage, orders or products out of stock.
